The Educational Virtual Environment- (EVE) Lab at the American University in Cairo, offers students the opportunity to engage with emerging technologies and explore the digital future. 
The (EVE) Lab at AUC is a joint lab between the mechanical engineering department and the architecture department. The concept of the metaverse, a virtual reality space where people can interact and collaborate regardless of their geographical location, is a key focus of the Lab at AUC.
