Abdalla Ashraf

Abdalla is an MSc candidate in Sustainable Development at AUC with concentration in Entrepreneurship. He holds a BSc in Design Engineering. In 6 years of leading international NGO chapters, he showcased high organizational and interpersonal management skills leading the chapters to represent Egypt in 4 competitions in UK, Russia, USA and Tunis, presenting sustainable products and solutions.

Upon graduation, he launched the student-led entrepreneurship community (SLEC) initiative aiming for students to test their on-campus green startups through development from prestigious leaders as Ashoka Arab World, Hult Prize and Wadhwani Foundation. Abdalla recently graduated from the Watson Institute Social Accelerator 2020, USA, where he served as a community advisor while developing his educational venture. He is currently the research and partnership coordinator at CARES where he focuses on
resource efficiency.
